Aerospace Business Growth Specialist

This is a permanent job opportunity for an Aerospace Business Growth Specialist to work across two divisions of this aviation/aerospace MRO group of companies.
You will split your time developing business for both MRO component service and repair companies, including account management, new business identification, marketing and sales strategy, competitor and market evaluation, and contract negotiations.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. You must have current UK right to work to be considered.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, aviation industry experience, and a proven business development track record. The company aims to respond to all applications from suitable candidates.
This role involves working closely with the company's senior leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capture them. If you have a passion for the aerospace industry and a talent for business development, we want to hear from you.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth across both divisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
