Graduate Support Worker Position

A dynamic primary school in Brent is seeking a graduate to fill a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role, focusing on supporting the needs of a non-verbal year 4 student with Autism. As a member of our EdEx team, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their educational journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the student and their family
• Assisting the student in achieving their learning goals through tailored support plans
• Collaborating with the teaching staff to create inclusive and engaging lesson activities
This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, and make a significant difference in the life of a child. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
