We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Senior Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to autistic individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee support packages, including reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support
  • Support the development of the staff team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities, and presenting yourself as a role model/mentor
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. You will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting, and be able to demonstrate leadership skills, patience, and commitment.
