As a Supportive Care Practitioner at Barchester Healthcare, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is fulfilling. You'll assist with daily living activities, providing support and companionship to our residents, and help them enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with their daily living activities, such as providing support with meals, personal care, and one-on-one time.
  • Work closely with the care team to follow residents' care plans and ensure their needs are met.

About You

To join us as a Supportive Care Practitioner, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
