As a Scrub Practitioner, you'll be responsible for: Supporting in assessing patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Assisting in the delivery of care to meet each patients needs.
Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
Collecting, collating, and organising data for well-informed assessments.
Enhancing health, safety, security, and infection control within the working environment.
Leading others in developing knowledge, ideas, and work practices.

The ideal Scrub Practitioner will have: Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner qualifications.
Experience scrubbing for major orthopaedics cases.
Ability to work effectively in teams and with minimal supervision.
Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification.
