Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Duchy Hospital in Truro. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety during procedures.

With a strong background in surgical scrub experience and/or Endoscopy experience/qualification, you will have a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Your warm, considerate and empathetic character will make you an excellent fit for our team.

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days leave + Bank Holidays, Buy & Sell Flexi Leave Options, Private Pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period, Flexible shift patterns available where possible, and many more.
