Resort Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our Skegness Resort team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large-scale resort operation, ensuring seamless delivery of guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve NPS scores, and reduce problem scores.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to promote operational standards, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Model our company culture, ensuring team members live our values and are engaged with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Resort Director to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective payroll budgets.
We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in a similar level operational role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry. You should have strong leadership experience, with the ability to influence and motivate direct leadership teams and their wider teams.

- Compliance and process management
- Leadership and team management
