Job Title: OS Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled OS Engineering Technician to join our Site Services Engineering Team on a permanent basis. As an OS Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and utilities, which are critical to the operations of the entire site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day breakdown repair cover of production/plant equipment, building services, and utilities.
  • Complete preventative and breakdown maintenance activities, including support for area projects, new product introduction, and engineering change control.
  • Perform MERPS activities, including orders, notifications, data maintenance, and ordering of plant spares.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and quality actions, including equipment upgrades and monitoring of utility systems and building services.
  • Assist in the calibration laboratory with calibrating site instruments and operate and maintain quality water plants and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in engineering, preferably with an industrial focus.
  • Multi-skilled technician with an engineering HNC and practical engineering knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrate competence in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
  • Strong experience working in a complex GMP environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding to maintain and fault-find on modern utilities and building services equipment.
