Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, breaking down, and repairing food processing machines and cutting tools across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, breakdown, and repair of food processing machines and cutting tools
  • Working on slicers, skinners, deboners, and portioning machines
  • Able to read electrical drawings and wire/rewire machines
  • Changing of bearings, belts, and chains
  • Experience of working on shafts and mechanical issues surrounding pulleys
  • Ability to run Ethernet cables and diagnostics through HMIs – inputs/outputs
  • Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Ability to cover the UK, visiting sites such as fisheries, meat processing, and chicken houses
Requirements:
  • Experience with FMCG/Food/Production machines
  • No formal qualification needed
  • Ability to travel and understand the life of a service technician
About the Company:

Our client is a Distributor of 10 European food processing machinery brands solely to the UK. Based in the north of the UK, they now operate worldwide, supplying machines to fish, meat, and poultry factories on primary, secondary, and further processing.

Machines include filleting, dicing, slicing, grinders, formers, and packaging machines.
