Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential).

  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong numeracy and financial management skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., MS Excel).
