This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leading role in large-scale Commercial & Mixed Use projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and have worked across various sectors and project types, including Residential, Education, Retail, Mixed Use, Offices, and Industrial Units.
As a key member of our 'major projects' team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects on site, with values up to £150m+. You will work closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
The successful candidate will already hold or be working towards CIAT accreditation, possess an Architectural Technology degree or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including job running on large-scale projects. Software proficiency in Revit is also crucial.
A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate, estimated to be in the region of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
