At Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o., we are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Researcher to join our team.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary of approximately 49,744 PLN per month, taking into account the current cost of living in Poland and industry standards.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this Scientific Researcher will be to perform stability testing of finished pharmaceutical products and produce accurate results within an acceptable timeframe.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will utilize traditional and modern analytical techniques, primarily HPLC, Dissolution, and Karl Fisher determination, as required by our clients.

  • Perform routine and non-routine analysis using various analytical methods.
  • Conduct technology transfers on new products entering the team.
  • Review analytical data for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
  • Initiate and follow-up Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and action limits according to client procedures.
  • Document data in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Capture and measure productivity through agreed metrics such as test volume, cycle times, lab/product issues, work hours per project, etc.
  • Prepare and approve results for tests after receiving necessary training and demonstrating competence.
  • Handle client queries and collaborate with designated personnel to address relevant information or issues related to test results or services.
  • Maintain knowledge of technological or method revisions in their area, ensuring up-to-date training and adjusting work accordingly with approval from the Lead Analyst.
  • Support local audits as needed.
  • Test QC samples according to client procedures.
  • Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when necessary.
  • Achieve high standards in safety, housekeeping, and quality, reporting discrepancies to management.
About You

We require a degree in Chemistry or a related field and a solid understanding of Chemistry, with experience in analysis in a pharmaceutical testing laboratory, preferably with exposure to solid dose products.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in analysis.
  • Experience working with traditional analytical techniques and modern instrumental equipment.
  • Familiarity with chromatographic techniques and ability to interpret raw data.
  • Ability to work in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
