We are seeking a skilled and experienced Midwife to join our team of healthcare professionals at Medacs Healthcare. As a Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
About the Role:This is a Band 5 Midwife position that requires recent UK experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing constant monitoring and care to seriously ill patients across emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide constant monitoring and care to patients
- Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families
- Take blood, fit a cannula, and undertake patient observations as needed
- Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals
- Organize admissions and discharges to and from the ward
- Be a Registered Midwife
- At least 6 months post-graduate UK experience
- 6 months recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years
- Pass an enhanced background check
