Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Administrator to support our finance team at Springfield Properties. This role is based in our Larbert office and involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for processing business accounting activities, including sub-contractor valuations, house sales, and invoices. They will also reconcile statements, process and monitor utility bills, complete weekly and monthly payments, cashbook posting, bank reconciliations, and intercompany recharges.
CIS returns and Subcontractor Payment Certificate returns are also part of this role, as well as basic administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to operate over two different account systems, Microsoft Dynamics and COINS.
About You- You should be educated to at least SCQF Level 5 in Maths and English;
- Sub-Contractor/CIS experience would be advantageous;
- You must be able to work to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in a flexible and effective manner;
- Basic computer skills such as using Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet are essential.
