About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Larbert office, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

As an Accounts Assistant at Springfield Properties PLC, you will support the finance team with business accounting and processing activities.

This includes:

  • Processing delivery tickets, invoices and sub-contractor valuations;
  • Reconciling statements and processing utility bills;
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks;
  • Answering queries raised by staff, external clients or providers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to at least SCQF Level 5 in Maths and English;
  • Able to work to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in a flexible and effective manner;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a busy office environment;
  • Able to prioritise and organise work;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, together with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Basic computer skills such as using word, excel, outlook and using the internet.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
