Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Financial Assistant to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial operations, including managing ledgers, reconciliations, and cash handling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the purchase ledger, including checking supplier invoices, recording project-related costs, and obtaining authorization for payment
  • Reconciling creditor statements, preparing payments to associates and suppliers, and generating remittance advices
  • Collating receipts to NatWest statements, preparing coding for posting, and inputting credit card transactions
  • Collaborating with the management team to manage cash surpluses and petty cash requests

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of financial operations and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP Business One or similar accounting systems

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a part-time position, working 4-6 hours per day, ideally 4 days per week. A car is required due to the location of our office.
