Job Description:

As a Part-Time Finance Support Specialist at Aspire Personnel Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Purchase Ledger, Cash and Bank activities, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Purchase Ledger, including checking suppliers' invoices, recording project-related costs, and obtaining authorisation for payment.
  • Record all bank receipts and payments daily, including foreign transactions, and reconcile bank accounts monthly.
  • Provide administrative support, including collating receipts, preparing coding for posting, and managing petty cash requests.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office on a day-to-day basis and preferably similar experience of working with SAP Business One, Sage 200 or a similar SQL-based accounting system.
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to manage and prioritise tasks, and meet time deadlines.
  • MS Excel experience is essential; knowledge of pivot tables and MS Query will be a distinct advantage.

Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. A car is required due to the location of the office.
