Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work in the fast-paced world of automotive purchasing and make a tangible impact on our business from day one.

• Building and maintaining key relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective sourcing through strong analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving.
• Managing day-to-day and project costs, analysing quotes, negotiating contracts, and tracking expenditures related to parts and equipment in the UK and beyond.
• Conducting regular cost analysis and internal reporting of key cost information, providing project-specific insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Traveling to supplier locations as part of ongoing relationship management to ensure efficiency, inspect operations, and adhere to strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, flexibility, and adaptability. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential. Knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous, and being geographically mobile is a must. A competitive base salary starting at £33,904 and flexible working options are available.
