Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and security. Your kind and compassionate nature will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your annual salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to an attractive refer a friend scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of job activities and build strong relationships with the rest of the team.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication as required.
Requirements
  • S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable but not essential.
  • A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
