We are seeking a dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals with a learning disability in our community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intimate personal care, practical, and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
  • Identify and access opportunities to support individuals to lead meaningful and fulfilling lifestyles
  • Support individuals in the community with various activities, including shopping, social events, and health appointments
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, and professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that meets the needs of individuals
  • Work as part of a team and independently in service user homes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve months' experience of working with people with a learning disability is essential
  • A relevant professional qualification is desirable
  • You must be warm and able to work in a person-centred way
