About the Job

We are recruiting a Regulatory Framework Director to join our team at Four Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our regulatory framework and compliance solutions, driving business growth through innovative compliance strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex compliance programmes, with expertise in ISO standards, AML regulations, GDPR, ICAEW, Employment Law, Health & Safety, Cybersecurity, Bribery Act, and ESG frameworks.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can design, implement, and manage our internal compliance framework, as well as provide bespoke compliance solutions to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive compliance framework that meets global standards and ensures business continuity.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to protect the business and provide a blueprint for clients to mitigate their risks as they expand into new territories.
  • Implement a cross-functional approach to compliance, working with finance, HR, tax, and legal teams to ensure a holistic compliance culture.
  • Develop compliance policies and training programs to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to stay compliant and aware of regulatory shifts.

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in compliance management, with deep knowledge in regulatory areas mentioned above.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate compliance expertise into value-added consultancy services that generate revenue for the business.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing custom compliance solutions, from auditing to full-scale program management, both internally and for clients.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive change within the organisation, ensuring compliance frameworks align with both risk management and commercial objectives.
  • Hands-on experience working with international clients, providing strategic compliance guidance and tailoring solutions to fit diverse regulatory environments.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
