Job Description
As a Peripatetic Nurse with Crooton Ltd, you will travel across your region to deliver exceptional clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading a multi-disciplinary team, developing individualized care plans, and providing training and support to colleagues. You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks and ensure the safe administration of medicines.
With a focus on empowering our residents to reach their full potential, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective care strategies. Your excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams will be essential in achieving this goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks are also essential.
