Nursing Team Leader Opportunity

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader to join our care home team as a nursing team leader. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, implementing policies and procedures, and leading by example.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have significant leadership and management experience within a care setting, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and promoting a culture of excellence and respect. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery, maintain accurate records and reports, and recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and confidence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and promote a positive work environment">
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs, working closely with healthcare professionals">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards">
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff members">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A valid nursing qualification (e.g., RGN or RMN) and significant leadership and management experience within a care setting">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders">
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 patient care">
  • Up-to-date knowledge of care legislation and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care">

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, based on 37 hours per week, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
