Care Home Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our exceptional care home for older adults in the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished and nurse-qualified manager to take the reins of a well-established home, with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Nursing Qualification: Must hold a valid nursing qualification (NMC registered).
- Experience: Proven experience managing a nursing home with a successful track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC ratings.
- Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare standards.
- Resident-Centred Approach: A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership, managing and inspiring the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Regulatory Excellence: Maintain and exceed compliance standards, working to achieve and sustain "Good" and "Outstanding" CQC ratings.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards across all aspects of care, facilities, and service delivery.
- Resident Care: Promote a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment tailored to residents' individual needs and preferences.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff to build a cohesive and highly skilled care team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaborative care.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care and services.
Up to £60,000 salary per year, plus benefits.
