Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Caring Leader to join our team in Warrington. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the home
- Support the Registered Manager in achieving excellence in care delivery
- Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for residents
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in health and social care settings
- Proven track record of mentoring teams to achieve goals
- A Level 3 qualification in social care desirable
- Full UK driving licence essential
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is £37,804.62, inclusive of one sleep-in shift per week. Additional benefits include competitive salary, life assurance, and Simply Health cover.
