- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Reviewing and assessing customer complaints and concerns
- Identifying and implementing solutions to improve customer experience
- Working closely with our Complaint Management Function to resolve customer complaints
- Deputising for the Complaint Manager as required
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Reviewing and assessing customer complaints and concerns to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Working closely with our Complaint Management Function to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Providing regular updates and reports to management on customer complaints and concerns
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Consumer Duty requirements
