About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Presales Technical Support specialist.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in networking and Linux, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in the technical side of Hardware and SaaS products, including preparing tech specs, participating in technical scoping, and creating Proof of Concepts.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support, technical demonstrations, and product testing to a diverse clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
