Role Overview

This Clinical Development Manager position is instrumental in developing and improving the ERCP service at North Bristol NHS Trust. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapeutic endoscopy and be able to demonstrate high standards of behaviour and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an appropriate skill mix of personnel able to provide specialist care.
  • Support and supervise junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of professional performance through CPD and clinical supervision.

Essential Skills:
  • Interest and understanding of Endoscopy
  • Involvement in planning and supporting improvement and transformation
  • Experience of implementing local/specialist objectives
