Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team as a Therapeutic Residential Worker. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading Therapeutic Children's Home providers, offering a fully funded training programme and a competitive salary range of £24,107 to £24,700.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children are met. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through industry-leading training and management development programs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth work, social care, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
