Job Title: Junior Branch Merchandiser

Crew Clothing Head Office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Branch Merchandiser to join our team. As a Junior Branch Merchandiser, you will play a key role in optimizing stock packages by channel to deliver channel sales plans and manage stock in the most profitable way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Merchandiser in understanding store space planning and the requirements of both the OM range vs terminal stock management.
  • Support the Branch Merchandiser in grading prime stores based on space and sales and understanding option planning from the Core Merch teams.
  • Ensure all options are allocated in line with launch plans for all channels.
  • Support the Branch Merchandiser in producing an accurate weekly STF forecasting for both intake and despatch for the logistics team.
  • Understand the Crew customer and their aspirations, bi-monthly visits to stores with cross-functional partners and ensure competitor knowledge is always up to date.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Analytical and numerical, with excellent computer literacy in Excel/Outlook/Word.
  • Competent in fundamental branch merchandising principles.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a work schedule whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with other department members.
  • Able to work with pace and energy.
