Job Description

Hawes & Curtis | Branch Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Merchandiser to join our team at Hawes & Curtis. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for optimizing stock levels, improving processes, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Branch Merchandising, with a strong commercial head and ability to identify risks and opportunities. You will be responsible for introducing and establishing key Branch Merchandising functions, including building necessary reports, working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Teams, and reviewing weekly sales and stock by location to optimize productivity.

You will also be responsible for planning and trading, including working with Merchandising on initial allocation quantities, store capacities, and seasonal floor sets for full-price stores. Additionally, you will communicate and manage New Season launches, work with the MAA and Production teams to ensure stock is receipted and fulfils KPIs, and review allocations and stock transfers between stores and ecommerce.

As a Branch Merchandiser, you will be a key bridge between Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce, communicating and building relationships with Retail teams, and regularly visiting stores to establish an efficient and effective process for store feedback.

We are looking for someone with a passion for working with Retail and Warehouse teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical merchandising data into strategic and tactical objectives. If you have a strong eye for detail and numbers, experience of influencing multiple stakeholders and departments, and excellent organization and project management skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and establish key Branch Merchandising functions
