Job Title: Branch Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Merchandising Specialist to join our team at a luxury apparel and accessories retailer. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies across our menswear and womenswear categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan store sales at a category level, working closely with the Head of Merchandising to drive business growth.
  • Create ranges for each store, selecting looks based on historical sales data, customer profiling matrix, and store manager feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandiser to decide store layouts and focus on a monthly basis.
  • React to in-season sales performance and propose actions to capitalize on sales.
  • Forecast sales at seasonal and category level, working closely with the Design team to build ranges.
  • Manage promotions and sales, controlling stock levels within the business.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Branch Merchandising, either as an Assistant Merchandiser looking for a step up or an established Merchandiser seeking a new challenge.
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of apparel planning, merchandising, and forecasting.
  • Experience working in the premium or luxury market, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across all seniorities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
