About the Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Cosy Club in Taunton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and creative flair.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring dishes are appealing and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
