Executive Chef Opportunity in Taunton

We are working in partnership with an award-winning care home in Taunton to find a talented Executive Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-quality, fresh food and deliver a high level of hospitality to residents.

About the Role

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for working with the Head Chef to prepare fresh, healthy meals for residents. You will adhere to health and safety/food allergen requirements and have a real impact on the quality of life experienced by residents.

What's in it for You?

This role offers a great work-life balance, with a 30-hour working week and typically Monday to Friday shift pattern. You will also receive a competitive salary of up to £13.50 per hour, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a Blue Light discount card and long service awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head Chef to prepare fresh, healthy meals for residents
  • Adhere to health and safety/food allergen requirements
  • Deliver a high level of hospitality to residents
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team
