Job Description:
We are seeking a Care Support Assistant to provide person-centred support to service users who have a learning disability, complex needs and challenging behaviour. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality social care services in the Durham region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to service users with varying communications skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos
- Demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support
- Utilise positive communication and engagement skills to promote individual growth and development

Requirements:
- Essential experience as a Relief Support Worker or equivalent role
- Ability to adapt to varied shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
