Job Title: Care and Companionship Assistant
Salary: £12 per hour, plus paid mileage. An estimated annual salary for a full-time position is around £24,640.
Job Description: As a Care and Companionship Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Helping with light housekeeping duties
- Accompanying clients on outings and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You will also require a responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.
