About the Job

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to fill the position of Support Worker in Spennymoor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable members of the community, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable members of the community
* Develop and implement personalised care plans to promote independence and autonomy
* Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
* Build strong relationships with individuals and their families, promoting trust and confidence
* Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
