Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the Role:
The Young Vic Theatre is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape an ambitious strategy for securing corporate fundraising, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy, aligned with the Young Vic's overall fundraising goals.
- Identify, cultivate and secure five and six figure sponsors for our work, ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with the Development Director and wider Development Team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, donors and sponsors.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to promote the Young Vic's corporate partnerships opportunities.
Contract:
This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week. The role involves working flexible hours as necessary to fulfill the duties of the post, with normal office hours from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Two core days in the office are expected, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
