About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Thames Reach Snow Hill Court.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting individuals referred to our service, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure successful transitions into longer-term accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of homelessness and its impact on people's lives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
