Senior Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Acoustic and Structures team at Saint Gobain Glass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting complex testing services and driving continuous improvement of our methods and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct UKAS accredited testing following strict requirements in EN ISO 17025.
- Develop and implement new testing methods to optimize our services.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.
- Plan and conduct testing services in a professional manner and to a high standard.
- Identify and drive through to completion customer/service improvement activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of Continued Professional Development in specialist domain (Testing and UKAS).
- Experience in construction testing, including fire, acoustics, structures, and glass.
- Education or experience in a science or engineering field (Mechanical engineering).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
