Senior Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our team at Gyproc, a leading manufacturer of building materials. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting complex testing services in our acoustic and structures labs, with a focus on optimizing testing methods and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct testing and analysis in acoustic and structures labs, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to UKAS accreditation standards.
- Research and implement new testing methods and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their testing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in testing and analysis, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in testing and analysis.
- Proven track record of conducting complex testing services and developing innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
