Job Title: Static Electrical Engineer - Surrey

We are seeking a skilled Static Electrical Engineer to join our team in Surrey. As a Static Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical systems in a shopping centre in Camberley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting maintenance and fire alarm weekly bell checks.
  • Carry out general plumbing PPM and repairs.
  • Test and repair emergency lights, fire alarms, and electrical wiring.
  • Work on fan coils, AHU, pumps, and actuators.
  • Perform general small-scale fabric repairs, including painting and hole repairs.
Package:
  • £22 per hour.
  • 49-hour week as standard.
  • 10-hour working days between 08:00 and 18:00.
  • Van and fuel card provided.
  • Uniform, tablet, and phone provided.
  • Comprehensive induction training.
  • 20 days per annum (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total).
  • No call-out rota.
