## Job Title: Static Electrical Engineer - Surrey

## Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Static Electrical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey. As a Static Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on a daily basis across the shopping centre, including lighting maintenance, fire alarm weekly bell checks, and general plumbing repairs. You will also be working on emergency light tests, bell tests, fire alarms, electrical wiring, and repairs, as well as fan coils, AHU, pumps, and actuators. Additionally, you will be responsible for general small-scale fabric repairs, including painting repairs, holes in walls, and tightening hinges.

## The Role:

* Perform PPM on a daily basis across the shopping centre
* Conduct lighting maintenance, fire alarm weekly bell checks, and general plumbing repairs
* Work on emergency light tests, bell tests, fire alarms, electrical wiring, and repairs
* Maintain fan coils, AHU, pumps, and actuators
* Perform general small-scale fabric repairs

## The Package:

* £22 per hour
* 49 hour week as standard
* 10 hour working days between 08.00 to 18.00
* Van and fuel card supplied by client
* Uniform, tablet, phone, and comprehensive induction training provided
* 20 days per annum (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total)
* No call out rota
