## Job Title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey. As a key member of our M&E Engineering team, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance, repairs, and testing on electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarms, and electrical wiring.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily maintenance tasks on a mobile basis across the shopping centre's commercial property portfolios
* Conduct general plumbing PPM and repairs
* Test and maintain emergency lighting, fire alarms, and electrical wiring
* Work on fan coils, AHU, pumps, and actuators
* Perform small-scale fabric repairs, painting, and other minor tasks

## What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £22
* 49-hour working week with 10-hour days between 08:00 and 18:00
* Van and fuel card provided
* Comprehensive induction training
* 20 days' annual leave (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total)
* No call-out rota
