Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates Team on a night shift basis. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional electrical maintenance to our estate, ensuring the efficient operation and safety of all electrical systems and associated items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical maintenance tasks, including PAT testing, RCD functionality checks, and emergency light tests
  • Generate minor works and electrical installation certificates for completed tasks
  • Participate in a 7-day shift rota and out-of-hours call-out to ensure 24/7 coverage of the estate
  • Support normal operations of the organisation, assisting with supervision and monitoring of external contractors
Requirements:
  • Qualification in inspection and testing
  • Experience in electrical maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
