## Job Title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey. As a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on a daily basis across the shopping centre, including lighting maintenance, fire alarm weekly bell checks, and general plumbing repairs.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Perform PPM on lighting, fire alarms, and electrical wiring
* Conduct general plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Test emergency lights, bells, and fire alarms
* Repair and maintain fan coils, AHU, pumps, and actuators
* Perform small-scale fabric repairs, painting repairs, and tighten hinges

## What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £22
* 49-hour week with 10-hour working days

* 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

## Requirements:

* Relevant experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driving license
