Job Title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey. As a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance, general plumbing PPM and repairs, emergency light tests, fire alarms, electrical wiring and repairs, fan coils, AHU, pumps, actuators, and general small-scale fabric repairs.

The Role:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on a mobile basis across commercial property portfolios.
  • Conduct general plumbing PPM and repairs.
  • Test emergency lights, fire alarms, and electrical wiring.
  • Repair fan coils, AHU, pumps, actuators, and other equipment.
  • Perform general small-scale fabric repairs, including painting and hole repairs.
The Package:

We offer a competitive rate of pay of £22 per hour, a 49-hour week, and a 10-hour working day between 08:00 and 18:00. You will also receive a van and fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone, and comprehensive induction training. Additionally, you will enjoy 20 days of annual leave and 8 bank holidays.

No call-out rota is required, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and established M&E engineering company with over 45 years of experience.
