Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our clients' operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a QA capacity, with a strong background in GMP environments. Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered. Leadership and management experience is preferred, as well as strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.
Auditing experience is essential, and knowledge and experience of validation activities are highly desirable. If you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of quality professionals, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Oversee the implementation of quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and investigations, generating documentation as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a QA capacity, with a strong background in GMP environments.
- Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.
- Auditing experience, with a focus on quality systems and validation activities.
