Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing the quality systems across all European facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of quality professionals
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems
  • Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Develop and implement quality training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA capacity, working in a GMP environment
  • Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered
  • Leadership and management experience is preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight
  • Auditing experience essential – if you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience of validation activities
