We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead our team of Quality Engineers. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of new products, driving continuous improvement in quality outcomes, and overseeing all aspects of daily quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Quality Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to address quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCCA) and utilize problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D to effectively resolve quality concerns.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
- Extensive experience in Quality Control, Management, and Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new products and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Six Sigma, RCCA, and 8D methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
